Saturday does not collect personal information. There are no user accounts, no forms that ask for your name or email, and no profile of any kind built around a visitor to this site.
Saturday sets no cookies. The site stores a few small preferences in your own browser's local storage, such as which season you have toggled to and whether you have dismissed a hint or finished the site tour. Those preferences never leave your device, are not sent to Saturday or anyone else, and can be cleared at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
Saturday uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage and performance: things like which pages get visited and how quickly they load. Both are cookieless: they do not set a tracking cookie, do not build a profile of you, and do not follow you across other sites.
This does not involve an advertising network, and Saturday runs no third-party tracking script or ad pixel. Because visitor behavior isn't tracked at an individual level, there is nothing to sell. Saturday has no advertising business and no reason to build one around visitor behavior.
The game, schedule, and statistical data behind Saturday's ratings and projections come from the CollegeFootballData API (collegefootballdata.com) and other publicly available sources, as credited in Section 06 of the Legal & Disclosures page. That data concerns teams and games, not individual site visitors.
For visitors in the European Union or European Economic Area: Saturday does not collect, process, sell, or share any personal data as defined under the GDPR. The on-device preferences described in Section 01 are strictly necessary for the site to operate, stay on your device, and do not identify you.
For California residents: Saturday does not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA, and there is no personal information collected to which a request for access, deletion, or opt-out would apply. If you have questions about this, you may still reach out using the contact information in Section 06.
Saturday is not directed to children under the age of 13, and it does not knowingly collect any information from children. As stated above, the site does not collect personal information from any visitor, regardless of age.
A dedicated contact address for Saturday is being set up and will be posted here shortly. Any privacy question or request you send once it is live will be honored under this policy as written.
This policy may be updated at any time, without advance notice, as the site or the applicable law changes. Continuing to use Saturday after an update means you accept the version then posted.
